Stephan serves as a Partner at OWT, where he holds the position of Market Manager for the Zurich office. With a team of more than 30 seasoned professionals specializing in consulting, design, and software development, he oversees operations and ensures high-quality deliverables. Stephan's responsibilities also encompass leading the Medical Excellence Unit at OWT and serving as the Quality Manager for ISO13485 certification, enabling OWT to design and develop medical device software in compliance with regulatory standards. Prior to his tenure at OWT, Stephan dedicated seven years of his career to Accenture Consulting. During this time, he gained extensive experience in devising and implementing digital strategies for international clients. Furthermore, he excelled in leading interdisciplinary teams comprising consultants and software engineers. Born and raised in Germany, Stephan's international exposure includes studying in the United States and Taiwan. He holds a Master of Science in Management from the University of Mannheim, specializing in Strategic Management and Corporate Finance.
