3 months after the successful launch of the new myAtupri customer portal, we supported our client with the creation of a new customer service function called Tarmed translation. This new function translates technical terms of the Tarmed tariff system listed on the insurant doctor or hospital bills allowing him to get the full transparency about the charged services. Atupri is now the first Insurance in Switzerland, offering this type of service exclusively to its clients.

Thanks to the translation tool, developed by the Züricher Hochschule der Angewandten Wissenschaft (ZHAW), over 10'000 terms in German and English could already be translated.
